We’re Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Brianna — pelvic floor physical therapists, business owners, and the minds behind PelviPreneur.
We started our careers in the traditional physical therapy world, where we saw firsthand how broken the system was: overwhelming patient loads, minimal time for meaningful care, and zero support for building a practice that could actually thrive. We knew there had to be a better way.
Together, we built Renew Health, a cash-based, performance-driven pelvic floor practice that now stands as one of the top clinics in our region.
